Shipping Products To Us

DON’T SEND US PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE ORDER:

For liability reasons, we do not accept products before an order is placed. If you do send us a product, before placing an order, Envy Creative is not responsible for the storage of the product or shipping costs for sending the product back if no order ends up being placed. We also do not order products. You would need to send us the product. Once you place an order, you will receive our shipping address.


WE CAN NOT PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT:

Unfortunately, due to Amazon’s “promotional content” rules and for liability reasons, you would need to send us the item. For these reasons, we are also not able to purchase any client items or leave reviews. We just provide you with the video file.


Below is all the info you should need for shipments to Envy Creative.

Make sure your package does NOT require a signature.


Because we receive a lot of items daily, feel free to check back once the package shows it has arrived on your end so we can confirm it has arrived.


TYPICAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

  • SEND 2 UNITS OF EACH PRODUCT (we will use one for testing and one for the video)
  • NEED IT RETURNED? Include a pre-paid return label in the package or email us one.
  • HAVE MULTIPLE PRODUCTS? If you have multiple orders with us, let us know if you are sending the products for all your orders in one package, so we know to look for it.


NOTE ABOUT RETURNING ITEMS:

Please note that if you need your items back, because we will be physically using the items, opening the packaging, etc, the items may not be in the same condition as they were received by us and may not contain everything in the package (like packaging, manuals, etc.) that were originally included in the package as well. Because we have a limited amount of space for storing products at our studio, if we do not receive the return label from you or we do not hear from you within 30 days of the order completion about returning your product(s), we may give them away, donate or recycle them.


FOR ONTRAC CUSTOMERS:

Please put the following note on your delivery regarding deliveries on weekends:


“IF BUSINESS IS CLOSED, RE-ATTEMPT FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS”


In the past, Ontrac has left items outside our studio door on nights and weekends which has resulted in returned deliveries and sometimes stolen packages, which our clients need to send another one in those cases.


SENDING PRODUCTS BEFORE ORDERING:

If we received your product and have not received an order from you or have not heard from you regarding placing an order for video content for the product, let us know if you would like to move forward with the project. If we do not hear back from you within a week, we will assume that you do not want to proceed with the project and we will be disposing of or donating your product we have. Unfortunately, we cannot keep products indefinitely, unless we have orders or planned orders for products, due to the limited storage space we have for client products at our studio. Or, if you would like the product back, please send us a pre-paid return label. If you would like us to box up the product and send you the weight and dimensions of the package, so you can generate a shipping label, we can do that too. If you need us to send the product back ourselves and you will not be providing the shipping label, please provide us with your return address and we will send you a quote for the return shipment. Please note that this cost will be higher than if you were to provide us with a pre-paid shipping label since we would take into account the time/effort to ship back the product.
